Our customer in Australia wanted to build an online web application for recruitment.

The project was to develop a new approach for hiring processes which serves jobseekers and employers better.

We are currently in the process of building the application, which enables jobseekers to create effective profiles for finding relevant jobs. As for employers, all they need to do is to select their job requirements, and it's good to go. Our system in turn will do its algorithms to match the best possible candidates to the requirements. Jobseekers will have more opportunities on jobs, whereas employers will easily reach great candidates after just a few clicks.
